Javier

Freshness and Youth

Javier, the younger brother, completed his studies with a degree in Pastry and Bakery, finishing his training in kitchens such as Lillas Pastia and Las Torres (both in Huesca) before taking the reins of the business with his brother at just 20 years old.

He brings the sweet touch and the renewed ideas of the new cuisine.

Sensitivity in Handling the Product

Luis is the older brother. With a long career in the kitchen, he has worked in the kitchens of Martín Berasategui (Lasarte), Parador Nacional de Turismo de Aiguablava (Gerona), Restaurante Las Lanzas (Zaragoza), La Granada (Zaragoza) among others, before taking the reins of the business at the age of 25.

He brings and instills maturity and respect for the raw material.
