Casa Pedro Restaurant, an emblematic place located in the heart of the city, in the Historic Center of Zaragoza, has a long history since 1950, standing out as a gastronomic reference in the Aragonese capital.
Brothers and Chefs Luis and Javier Carcas fully took over the restaurant in 2006 from Santiago, son of the founder Pedro. Their gastronomic proposal continues to grow with the most suggestive arguments. Both took charge of an establishment deeply rooted in traditional cuisine to which they have brought their refreshing style of modern and creative cuisine, incorporating new techniques and products, but being clear about their past and not renouncing it.
Both trained at the San Lorenzo Hospitality School in Huesca and passed through renowned kitchens. Over the years, they have won numerous awards in cooking competitions both nationally and internationally.
